앱 화면을 6개 언어로 쓸 수 있어요. 일본어 · 중국어 · 베트남어 · 네팔어는 번역을 다듬는 중입니다.The app is available in six languages. Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese and Nepali translations are still being refined.

방을 둘러보는 건 로그인 없이 됩니다. 원하는 조건으로 방을 구해 달라고 요청할 때만 외국인 인증을 거쳐요.You can browse without an account. Foreign-resident verification is only needed when you ask agencies to find a room for you.

KOVIL에 매물을 올리는 곳은 중개사무소 등록증을 확인하고 승인한 공인중개사무소뿐입니다. 매물마다 중개사무소 정보가 함께 표시돼요.Only licensed real estate agencies whose registration certificate we have checked and approved can post listings. Every listing shows the agency's details.

공인중개사무소를 위한 앱도 있어요There is an app for agencies, too
외국인 인증을 마친 유학생이 조건을 남기면, 내 지역의 요청을 보고 먼저 맡을 수 있어요. 매물을 올리면 유학생 앱의 지도와 목록에 보입니다.When verified students share what they need, agencies can see requests in their area and take them first. Listings they post appear on the student app's map and lists.
- 중개사무소 등록증 확인 후 승인된 사무소만 이용Only agencies approved after a registration check
- 요청을 맡으면 학생 연락처가 열리고 전화 · 문자로 연락Take a request to see the student's number and call or text
- 매물 게시 1개월, 만료 뒤 7일 안에 연장Listings stay up for a month and can be renewed within 7 days after they expire

자동 판정 없이 담당자가 서류를 직접 확인해요. 여권번호 · 외국인등록번호를 따로 입력받거나 저장하지 않습니다.A person checks every document; nothing is decided automatically. We never ask for, or store, passport or residence card numbers as data.
서류 사진은 잠깐 열리는 주소로만Document photos open only through short-lived links
앱은 서류 사진에 공개 주소를 만들지 않아요. 볼 수 있는 사람(본인과 심사 담당자)이 열 때마다 몇 분짜리 주소를 새로 만들어 엽니다. 중개사무소에는 서류를 넘기지 않아요.The app never creates a public link to your document photos. Each time you or the reviewer opens one, a link that works for a few minutes is created. Documents are never shared with agencies.
연락처는 진행 중일 때만Phone numbers only while active
요청을 맡은 중개사무소에만, 요청이 진행 중일 때만 서로의 휴대폰 번호가 보여요. 휴대폰 번호는 암호화해 보관합니다.Only you and the agency handling your request can see each other's mobile numbers, and only while the request is in progress. Phone numbers are stored encrypted.
KOVIL은 매물 광고와 임대 요청을 공인중개사무소와 이어 주는 서비스입니다. 중개는 중개사무소가 맡고, 임대차 계약은 앱 밖에서 임차인과 임대인 사이에 이뤄지며, 주식회사 코빌은 계약 당사자가 아닙니다.KOVIL connects students with licensed real estate agencies through listings and rental requests. The agency handles the brokerage, the lease is signed outside the app between tenant and landlord, and KOVIL Inc. is not a party to it.
